Raul Gregor was born in Asunción, Paraguay, in 1979. He received his Engineer degree in electronic engineering from the Catholic University of Asunción, Paraguay, in 2005. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics, signal processing, and communications from the Higher Technical School of Engineering (ETSI), University of Seville, Spain, in 2008 and 2010, respectively. Since March 2010, Dr. Gregor has been Head of the Laboratory of Power and Control Systems (LSPyC) of the Engineering Faculty of the National University of Asunción (FIUNA), Paraguay. He is currently the Head of the Department of Electronic and Mechatronics Engineering of FIUNA. Dr. R., Gregor has authored or coauthored about 150 technical papers in the field of power electronics and control systems. He obtained the Best Paper Award from the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Industrial Electronics Society, in 2010 and the Best Paper Award from the IET Electric Power Applications, in 2012. His research interests include multiphase drives, advanced control of power converter topologies, power quality, renewable energies, modeling, simulation, optimization and control of power systems, smart metering and smart grids and predictive control. Since 2017, he has led the technology-based company PQEnerSol SRL developing cutting-edge technology applied to the energy sector. |

Jorge Nicolás Molinas Veláztiqui recibió el título de Ingeniero Electrónico otorgado por la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción (FIUNA) en el año 2018. En el año 2020 culminó el postgrado en Capacitación y Especialización en Didáctica Universitaria en la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción (FIUNA). Además, cuenta con varios cursos de capacitación adjuntados en el curriculum vitae del CONACYT.
Desde el año 2022 cursa el programa de Maestría en Ciencias de la Ingeniería Electrónica en la FIUNA, iniciando actualmente el desarrollo de la Tesis de Maestría. Se desempeña como docente en la FIUNA cumpliendo el rol de auxiliar de la enseñanza tiene experiencia de más de 5 años (iniciando en 2017) en cátedras de ingeniería electrónica y mecatrónica tales como Microondas, Instrumentación para las Telecomunicaciones, Procesamiento Digital de Señales, Sistemas de Modulación 1 y Sistemas de Modulación 2.
